You may go to your joomla backend > component > easy social > activities > discover > click start scan as shown in this screenshot http://screencast.com/t/Mt4s1SRD > once the scan is completed install the new rules then make sure that the rules for the daily sent limit appears like this screenshot http://screencast.com/t/5V0pKYhy

By the way make sure the "daily sent limit" rule and other newly discovered rules is set to publish as shown in this screenshot http://screencast.com/t/6GVYLLU0sH , then try to send the message again and see whether it hits the limit again.
