How To Change Page Owner?

Hello,

Is it possible to change the Page owner? Currently, from the Page section in the admin of ES, the "Promote to Admin" feature works just fine. However, I am unable to promote to "Owner." Is this possible, and if so how can I do this?

There should be a 'Change owner' option on the back-end page listing(attached).
