How to change left module names

Sorry for this question, but i dont seem to find where to change the name of left side modules like : Apps, Filters, groups, events...

You can search these language strings in ...\language\en-GB\en-GB.com_easysocial.ini

COM_EASYSOCIAL_PROFILE_SIDEBAR_NEWSFEEDS_APPS="Filters:"
COM_EASYSOCIAL_PROFILE_APPS_HEADING="Apps"
APP_USER_GROUPS_WIDGET_GROUPS_TITLE="Groups"
APP_USER_EVENTS_WIDGET_EVENTS="Events"
