Firstly, you need to create a hidden menu at menu manager that link with with profile item.

After that go to Components > EasySocial > Settings, then click on the User at the side bar. http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-05-13_1235.png

Under the Authentication section you will see Login Redirection option, then choose which menu item you want to redirect after user login.
