To change that image go to your site backend > Extensions > Templates > Styles > click on the charm template > in the Details tab click on the Template Options https://take.ms/9Z0Et8 > you will be seeing this https://take.ms/vAY9b > go to Basic > Login > here in the login background you can change the image https://take.ms/wIIqq > save your changes.
