We cannot achieved this currently as we dont have a central settings to disabled them We only can disable those links that users can visit on Toolbar by disabling this setting http://take.ms/3ZYld

Maybe you can try to use htaccess/other components by redirecting them(all blogs page) to your homepage. My ideas is, when one of your visitor access them, it will be redirected to your homepage instead.
