How to ban User

We used to have ban user in frontend in EasyDiscuss v3 but I cannot find it in frontend and also in the backend. How can moderators ban users in EasyDiscuss?

Unfortunately I don't have this option. my account is in Super User group and the ban permission is allowed on EasyDiscuss ACL.
