You can archive the stream items which is older than based on what you set in 'Archive Items Older Than' https://take.ms/3NriWt

Make sure that you had enabled 'Enable Automated Archiving' as well so that the the stream items can be archived via your cronjob.

If I understand you wrongly, can you explain more in details so that we can have a better understanding of it?

yes but If people want to delete/Archive x no of items Older Than 2 weeks/2 days/1 week etc and as now I can only use:

Archive Items Older Than 3,6,12,18,24 months ( I can only use months )

and

Archive Items Limit ; 50, 100,250,500 items. ( I can only use this range )


It would be good to have more option/flexible settings:

Archive Items Older Than: xx days/weeks/months ( several options )

Archive Items Limit ; xxxx items ( not fixed number )
