Unfortunately currently we only allow Superadmin can able to submit broadcast on the site. [EDITED]

But I can provide a quick hack for achieve this, what you need to do is create a specific Easysocial profile type, then assign those users into this Easysocial profile type, so I will add some checking only allow this profile type user to have permission to submit broadcast on the site.

And provide me with your new profile type id as well.

I already applied some fix in this file -> JoomlaFolder/media/com_easysocial/apps/user/broadcast/broadcast.php

It should only allow this profile type (Gerente) user have the permission to submit broadcast on the site.

Can you give it a check?
