Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

In my opinion, you have to create Payplans (display plan/group) menu item then set this menu access to "Registered" so only registered user can able to access this plan listing page.

Actually you can ignore this Not_Registered account and you can unpublished this user account.

That is intended behavior when you install Payplans extension or after a guest choose the plan on the site, the system will automatically create this once dummy user Not_Registered on the site.

Because it will just help the Payplans system to determine for the certain checking so guest user can able to reached invoice checkout page and retrieve this guest user new invoice and subscription data, then it will assign those data to this new user id account once user complete the payment on the site.

No problem for the delay, actually I did suggested you set your plan listing menu item access to "Registered" so only registered user can able to see the plan.

Is this method not meet your current requirement?

By the way, is it can elaborate more details how to reproduce your current issue so I can assist you quickly?

It would be best if you can provide us some page URL and screenshot.

I am selling themes online, as you said if I set up a plan listing page only to register users how can a new user check my plans and decide to subscribe to my website? this makes no sense. if I misunderstood kindly explain in detail. currently, I don't show any planning page plans are under the hidden page.

customers can directly be visiting the item details page here https://joomlabuff.com/joomla-templates/fashiony.html

once the customer likes it they hit the download button it will redirect to the checkout page. I have set up direct plan link for each product. means I have created plans for each product and give the link to the download button.

Hm, are you referring this? https://monosnap.com/file/27dRAK5zUUgu1Jo4IsSz7ggpYp8Xq9

If yes, it should only create one account for this as I mentioned this in earlier of my reply https://stackideas.com/forums/how-to-allow-only-registred-users-only-purchase-the-plans#reply-497311 and you can actually ignore this because after a guest choose the plan on the site, the system will automatically create this once dummy user Not_Registered on the site.

Did it create many of this account Not_Registered on your site?

If yes, perhaps you can update your site backend and FTP access so we can better have a check?

say for example you are a customer you landed on my website am selling digital files online. you like my product and purchase it without register while checkout. your payment reached my wallet. but you dont have access to my website because you dont register while checkout. after that you hit my head right like i paid $$$ but i dont have access to download the file like that. how can i handle this?

I would like to understand more about this issue, let just said I click on that download button from this page https://joomlabuff.com/joomla-templates/fashiony.html , and then I complete all the required field and payment, then my account is not activate?

Is this your current issue?

All i need is customer can't able to finish the checkout without registred. so that this Not_registred issue will be resolved. let me know once finished. this help means a lot. and let me know what changes you have applied. so that i will learn

Hey there,

After tested further regarding this, it seems like because of this dummy user "Not_Registered" has activated on the site which caused this issue. (screenshot : https://monosnap.com/file/RMiDVaLh442bXwUTZMYsI1d6O8IcBK )

I've help you disabled this dummy user and do take note do not activate this account or delete this account.

However, I did tested several times for subscribe a dummy plan (test plan I created) on your site, it seems work fine now, can you give it a try and see whether everything work fine?

Okay, from what I see your current setup, once the user register on your site, the system will send 2 email notification to that new user, you can check my attached screenshot below.

The new user have to click that activate link from the email in order to activate their user account on the site, and I also noticed that some time that email will send to the mailbox under junk/spam inbox, so if the client said did not receive any activation email, 2 things need to check :

1. check from backend whether this user account exist on the site or not

2. If exist, need to ask him check from the junk/spam inbox from their mailbox
