If I log in to front end as the super user, I see an edit item against all comments (with edit, stick, unpublish, delete). I have created a group that I wish to also see this menu option but I can't see how to allow them access to it - I have set the ACL to be identical for both usergroups (in both Komento and EasyBlog) but when logged in as the other group the settings icon does not show?
(the attached screen shot shows how it is for superuser logged in but this is not there for other user group when logged in)
Hello Andrew,

There is might be an issue with your user group. Have you tried to re-save the Joomla User Manager>Option ? If the issue still there, can you provide us your backend and FTP access so we can have a better look on your issue here? By the way, it looks like your account isn't tied up with any subscriptions on our site. Is there any mistake on our end? Would it be possible for you to contact us at https://crm.stackideas.com and provide us with the order reference and your username so that we can fix this up for you? Please advise.

I don't have a subscripton for Komento as I am evaluating if it will do what is needed. So far it looks like the answer is no if there is not any way for people to admin and moderate the posted comments from the front end as far as I can see.

Hello Andrew Heritage,

If I'm not wrong, you have to make sure that the user account if under multiple user group, all the user group you must set they have the permission to edit the comment from your ACL section. If some of the user group is not have permission to edit the comment, that mean this user do not have to permission to edit the comment unless you set all the user group have the permission to edit.

Also, please understand that priority support is only available for paid subscribers. If you are using a free version, support is limited to the forums only.
