Dear Support;

Currently, I don't see "Yes" or "no" button on facebook comments box when I tried to delete the comments.
Is this possible to adjust the layout??

Regards,
Hi Koshiro,

Can I have your joomla backend and FTP access so we can check on your current issue?

Thanks,
Zue

Hey Koshiro,

For this issue, we also need your Facebok account as we cannot delete these comments with our own Facebook account.

Hi, Mark,

Can you try to do the comments on some of the posts? And try to delete them.
What do you think?

Ah.. This facebook comments box is from JFBConnect tag.

Please try to click on "Comments" and you will see facebook comments box at the bottom. This is default box of Easyblog.

Cheers!

If you see my screen shot, I have tried to delete both the comments, http://screencast.com/t/RUpc78FtwPZm.

There is 2 comments section.

Mmm..

I've found that the last comments seem not be worked. Please see attached files.
The first.jpg is first comment. I could see popup window properly. But I didn't see this with second comments.

I think this is your screen issue and we can't really provide any fix for this because the comments are being rendered by Facebook. We don't have authority to alter their css

I will escalate to facebook developer.. I tried to do with the latest browsers like IE, firefox and chrome (even safari doesn't work).

Anyway, thanks, Mark!
