From now, I am the only person who can access to your - terrific! - Support, as I did right now.

I don't remember how I started to access to your support.
Could you remind me the procedure then I can grant access to another person?

Thanks for your kind compliments. Do you mean that you would like to share with another user your account access? Unfortunately, an account is only allowed for 1 user access at the moment.

You should permit at least 2 different accounts to access to the Support.

You should permit at least 2 different accounts to access to the Support.

Unfortunately, we can foresee that it might caused some security vulnerability to arise, by having 2 different users managing an account, its like having 2 different opinions or directions altogether. If you must share an account together, i must strongly advised you to only share your login credential to the person you can really trust, to avoid any unfavorable outcome.

that is why I asked for 2 accounts and not 2 users using 1 account ...

because the (bad) workaround will be, as you mentioned it, to share the account
hopefully, I fully trust the person I will share : that is my daughter :-)

Thanks for getting back to me on this. It is not possible to share licenses (ie, let's take your Pro bundle subscription) with another account actually. Or perhaps i have misunderstood your idea on this?
