Hi,
Could you please clarify two issues:

1) after i downloaded russian translation file into /language/ru-RU/
folder, what should i do to turn front end into Russian?
2) What it takes to make urls as TRANSLITERATED from russian into Latin caracters? THis is important because when a title created on russian, the trackback and URL to the post needs to be in latin characters - transliterated ( not translated). Transliteration mean - literal translation of each separate character from russian to Latin equivalent.

I hope some one already done. Please help. My users don't understand English bot loves your components.
Thank you . Looking forward for recommendations.
Hello ,

Sorry for the confusion. You are most welcome. Glad that your issue is solved.

Thanks!

Wow! Super service!!! NIce! Love it! Thanks for such a fantastic quick respond and fixing it for me.

The only problem i have is with trackbacks- they are in russian characters and if i post this url some where on facebook it adds some unreadable characters. Is there any way i can make trackbacks Transliterated or Translated on Save? So users dont have to fix it manually??

Hello,

Ah if i am not mistaken about what you mean, the settings for this is in backend -> EasyBlog -> Settings -> SEO and here set the option "Enable unicode aliases" to NO. I have done so for you. Please check out the URLs now. Hope this helps.

There is only one place to change- in the Jomsocial Bar Menu Blogs integrated. Please see attachment. Where to change that menu to Russian? I can not find it yet.

Hello,

Hmm in that case we need to correct this issue but this will take some time. However for now perhaps you can translate the short English words quickly. All you have to do is copy the file

JOOMLA/language/en-GB/en-GB.plg_easyblogtoolbar.ini

and paste it to

JOOMLA/language/ru-RU/ru-RU.plg_easyblogtoolbar.ini

and change the English to Russian accordingly. For example

PLG_EASYBLOG_TOOLBAR_EASYBLOG="Blogs"

to

PLG_EASYBLOG_TOOLBAR_EASYBLOG="Russian equivalent here"

Hope this helps.

Thanks!
