how to activate new group without admin approval

Hi every one
were in the group settings do i change to make a newly created group to become active to the public without admin approval? i have noticed that administrators are the ones to approve before the public sees a new group?

The determination of the admin approvals depends on the user's acl, whether or not they should be moderated. You can find these settings by editing the profile type > Access . Take a look at my screen shot here, http://screencast.com/t/2sN25xiAR3Q
