How to achieve "your Menu design" with Elegant template

Hi,

sorry for my next question regarding the template design. I am just wondering how to achieve your design here on this page for the top menu Ist this possible also for my page (foryourinfo.de)? Of course I would like to change the color of the text but I like this design very much....
