I am making a website that will have several many colleges but i want them to have pages that will show just their groups on the page, and other modules that are ES module but only showing their members, best way i see to do it is at signup their members join specific profile types like the name of the school....how many profile types can i make like this and it not slow anything down and make sense or is there a easier way
Hi Jamar Jp Pugh,

Sorry for late reply to this,

Yes, you can create a lot of profile type(different colleges) from your backend > Easysocial > profile type > click NEW > insert your profile type name e.g college-1 > save then click on the "groups" tab and insert a group for this profile type - college-1 (before you add this you have to create a new group from your backend > Easysocial > group > new), so when new student or lecturers come to register in your site and select this profile type(college-1), after registration completed, he will auto joined this specify group you configured. Check my first and second screenshot below.

And we do not have the module to show all the group member on the page but when the user click on the group, there already show a group member widget, check my 3rd screenshot below.

Hope this help.
