how install a radio choice widget in my post?

Hello everybody,
I want to integrate a tiny survey in my next post with radio checkboxes - like this one you can see on the picture. Is it possible? And what I have to do for it?

Unfortunately that was not possible at this point of time.

But it would be best if you can submit a feature request regarding this in our voice page -> http://stackideas.com/voices/easyblog , so everyone else could vote for it, the more people request on this, and we will priority consider it and see is it possible to integrate with as you mention that tiny survey.
