Do you mean that you would like your guest user can view the stream from your Easysocial and able to access the blog post.
If yes, that was possible to do that, make sure that your Easyblog frontpage menu item is set to public.

If the guest still not able to access it, can you provide us with your Joomla backend so we can help you configure with this? Please advise.

what I want is that the guest can see the (User Blogger) profile in easysocial but they can not see the Dashboard (stream).

Regarding this, "but they can not see the Dashboard (stream). " I am very sorry, currently there is no settings to hide stream in dashboard but you can tweak the code and customize your theme file.

You can try put this attached file in your site and see how it goes. Dir: \components\com_easysocial\themes\wireframe\profile\default.stream.php . Please do backup on the older file first before you override this file, so it is easier if you want to revert it back to original.
