In order to do that, you can disable 'Show Image' which is at Backend > EasyBlog > Settings > Views > Post Entry > Related Post.

Can you have a try and see how it goes?

For your information, when I access https://relatos.sexoescrito.com/administrator or https://relatos.sexoescrito.com, it gave me the following error:

404

Not Found

The resource requested could not be found on this server!
