How grant a registred member to create an Event for a Group?

hello

Today in ES, only the creator of a Group can create an Event related to this Group (see menu in attached file).

I would like that any registered member
- can create an Event related to the Group
- but can not modify the Group itself.

You can provide then on this fields http://take.ms/BOu9y during Groups creations and Group edit.

Please give it a try and see how it goes.

Sounds good but I don't want to do it for a specific Group but for ALL Groups we can create.
