Hello. I can't understand how does "Broadcast Popup" works.

The system will send a request to the server to check whether got any new stream/comment/broadcast added on the site every 1 to 2 minutes. So here when a new broadcast is detected then the system will generate these broadcast pop up to the users profile page.

For now, we tested on your site with creating a test users profile type and created a test broadcast. Is working fine as you can see here https://take.ms/E9ap7.

You can try again to create a broadcast and see whether is working fine and keep us update. If still not working for you, can we have the permission to send a broadcast to everyone on your site to check further on this issue?
