On the main stream there are options to "hide this item" or "hide items like this". I have been asked by members how they can then change this later? Can the "unhide" items again? Are there options from their profile to do this?

One member went slightly crazy and hide many items to the extent that their stream is mostly non existent!

Any help on this would be appreciated.
