How can we deploy a hamburger menu toolbar like the EasyBlog demo page?

I'm referring to the toolbar menu you use in the demo for EasyBlog. It is different than the default toolbar menu. Is there a way for us to match the demo toolbar? I just checked the demo toolbar while responding and it looks like you changed it.
