How do you assign a form builder to a particular profile type?

How does the menu item workflow been changed for 'profile form builder". If yes then the documentation needs to be updated.

How do you assign a form builder to a particular profile type? I cannot find any such parameter.

Does the information resulting from a filled out form get displayed anywhere on the users profile?

Is there any control on which fields are displayed in the profile or not?

Glad to know you figured out how to assign workflow to profile types.
Does the information resulting from a filled out form get displayed anywhere on the users profile?
Is there any control on which fields are displayed in the profile or not?
Information from the profile edit page will show up on the About page(eg: https://easysocial.stackideas.com/profile/574-darius-scott/about).

To control which field display on the about page, use the Appear During Displaying option in the respective field's setting(attached).
