How do you add Leaderboard in Sidebar

The only app I have showing in the sidebar for public users is News Feed. There used to be other apps, like the Leaderboard app, Recent Photos app, Recent Group app, etc.

I cannot find any settings to turn these on. Can someone help me with this?

This is actually a module You can position the leader board module to appear on the sidebar of the dashboard
