It seems that your entry page already not shown "showcase module" as shown http://prntscr.com/c68nld. Did you meant "Recent post"? Please advice.

But, if you meant "showcase module", you can follow this step to shown only at your listing page.
1. Create a "Single Category menu item type" at Backend>Menus>manage>add new menu as shown http://prntscr.com/c68omz. If you doesn't want to show this on your page, you can create it in your "Hidden Menu"
2. Then go to Backend>Extension>Modules then search "showcase module", go to "menu assignment" then change "Module Assignment" and "Menu Selection:" as shown http://prntscr.com/c68pk4.

Please give it a try and see how it goes .

I've hid the showcase module on entry pages using CSS, but that's not really ideal. The module is still there - just invisible.

I tried creating a single category menu item and setting the showcase module to only appear on the blog menu item, but that didn't seem to work as the module still appears (with display:none;) on the entry pages.

Anything else we can try?

I think you have set "Use Routing From" to "Author/Teamblog Menu" at Backend>Components>Easyblog>Settings>SEO>Advance as shown http://prntscr.com/c6obn8. If not, can you provide us with your backend and FTP access for further check on this issues?
