You can remove it by disabling this option: http://screencast.com/t/sNKAgu8EIwb in Komento>Integration>Layout>Comment Item. Please give it a try.

It seems Komento has changed since this solution was given. Is there an updated fix?

If that's the case, there is no more setting that can remove them. You would have to use custom css to hide them, example:

#kt .g-list-inline > li.kt-permalink-wrap {

  display:none;

}
