Hey there,

You can turn off the feeds option either while creating the group or also can do it for the existing groups also. All you need to do is,
1. For the existing groups
Go to your site backend > EasySocial > Groups > select the group > Details tab > Feature section > turn off the Enable Feeds
option there https://take.ms/uxC02 > Save your changes

2. When creating group turn off this feed option from the Feature section also and save your changes.
