Hi.

When I write a draft blog post, I used to be able to 'preview' it by logging into the blog on the front end.

Now I've switched off comments for my blog, as no-one ever comments anyway!

But now when I want to preview a new blog draft, I get a 400 error message. Please see attached screenshot.

How can I preview my posts before publishing?

Thanks.
Geoff
Hi there,

I have helped you updated your Easyblog to its latest version. Please give it a check and see how it goes

Hello Geoff,

I realized that you are still on EasyBlog 5.0.44. With 5.0, you need to be logged in as the super admin to preview a post. If you try to preview a post without being logged into the front end, you will hit this error message.

You can login to the front end of your site and click on the preview from the back end. The preview should work fine.

This was already addressed in 5.1 where you will be prompted to login instead of throwing an error message.

Hi Mark.

So if I updated to the latest Easyblog version my issue would be solved?

I've tried to do this, but failed! Is there any chance someone could do it for me? I'd be very grateful!

Many thanks.

Geoff
