How do I install plg_fields_user_easyblog_biography?

I tried, but it keeps saying at Joomla Extensions Manager "JInstaller: :Install: Não é possível encontrar o arquivo XML de instalação do Joomla" (free translatio: It´s possible to find the XML instalation file of Joomla".
I had the same message at a lot of others Modules and Plugins.
Can you help me?

in order to install the easyblog biography field for easysocial please go to your easysocial backend -> applications -> Install and perform the installation right there instead of using the joomla extensions installer, this should work fine.
