It's most likely that the upload failed because of the limits defined in the php.ini file. Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

My provider is Cloud Access and they said the version is not the most recent version. I'm using the zip file from the default folder.

I had answered you in the ticket, what you are trying to install there from your screenshot is the user plugin in easyblog, what you have to do in to download the file in .zip format, without extracting it upload it as whole in extension manager. If problem still occur please provide us with the Joomla back end access as well as the FTP access so that I can install it for you.
