If you set EasyBlog as your front page or Home Page on your site, and then go to EasyBlog component and set the following settings you can achieve something similar to the suretank.com site.
This is an Overview screencast to show you how you can set your front page or Home Page to Show FEATURED BLOGS as rotating at the top and then the blog entries below using EasyBlog. It might not be exactly like the site you mention, but close enough.

BASIC STEPS INVOLVED
1. In the menu set the Home Page
Menu Item Type * to use
EasyBlog > Front Page Blog Layout instead of Joomla's default Articles > FEATURED ARTICLES
Click Save,
(Keep in mind that when you first Installed EasyBlog, it should have automatically added an EasyBlog menu item to your site. You can either choose to delete this after you set the Home Page to use EasyBlog.
2. In the Site Administrator go to EasyBlog component > EasyBlog Settings: > LAYOUT > FEATURED ITEMS (bottom right corner) and set the following items that will show a rotating FEATURED BLOG Slider at the top of the page.
Featured Items:
Display featured listings on frontpage YES
Auto rotate featured items YES
Show on all pages YES
Rotate at interval 8 seconds
Include featured items in frontpage list - Your choice to set to Yes or No. (The top rotator shows FEATURED BLOG POSTS, but you can also set the displayed blogs in the list to have Featured blogs listed.)
Pin Featured Items YES
Click Save to save these setting changes.
You might have to set some modules in your template of choice to show the 3 modules as in the example site and they will have to show above the FEATURED BLOG Rotating slider.
Think of FEATURED ITEMS as a way to set up the Featured Blog posts to rotate at the top of the blog entries that are listed on the page.
