Hi Mark
That is for an administrator to do that what about on the front end of the user who created the event? how does he/she delete the event from front end? if there are settings on the backend where can i set those up. the other thing is that when the event expiry date passes the event should deactivate from the site at list.

below i have attached a snapshot of one of the events which expired on the 14th/09/2014 and today is 16/09/2016

Regards
Goodwin

Mark, I realized that non admins cannot delete their own events. Users should be allowed to delete their own events.

Thanks Mark, this is a very important little addition. Because I'm an admin of my own site, this slipped right by me.
