I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Unfortunately that is not possible to show sticky post (feature) to the guest user at this point of time.

And it is not possible to restrict those activities stream item only appear for the registered user only.

Either you disabled to show activities stream item on the guest view (https://take.ms/dcqlz) or disabled those activities stream item from your site backend > Easysocial > application > search this following apps :

1. search 'profile' > edit the profile user app > disable this 2 options 'Update Profile' and 'New Registration'

2. search 'follow' > edit the user following app > disable 'Following User' setting

3. search 'friend' > edit the user friend app > disable 'User Become Friends'

4. search 'badge' > edit the user badge app > disable 'Achieved Badge'
