For the Add yours link, you can replace the tools.php in this folder:
../components/com_komento/themes/freso/comment/tools.php

As for the link of "Please login to comment", please replace form.php in this folder:
../components/com_komento/themes/kuro/comment/form.php
And fill in the link to your page at line 125.
