How do I allow a Joomla Group to access ES Backend Dashboard?

In the backend Options, I set the Joomla Group > Staff > Access Administration Interface to Allowed and I guess Access Administration Interface is the Dashboard but when I click on Components > EasySocial it does not take me to the Dashboard but instead it just refreshed the page. All other settings under Access Administration Interface seems to work except for the Dashboard.

I am sorry for the late reply.
Do you mean by the "Staff" user group cannot access Easysocial dashboard at the backend right? You need to allow configuration permission. Here the screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/RGJ2mneP .
If not, can you explain it more with appropriate screenshot, so that we are able to assist you much quicker.

Hi Mohd,

I can't let Staff Group (Joomla) to Configure EasySocial so I didn't give them Configure permission as you suggested, I just want Staff Group to see the Dashboard.

I believe your settings now is correct to view these page isn't?
- Users
- Groups
- Profiles
- Email Activity
- Reports
But only this page you still can't configure right?
- Dashboard

In order to view this page, you need to change Configure: Inherit to Allow but you can make other settings to stay as you intended.
Please have a try first this suggestion. Is this suggestion suit your need or not.
