I have installed the Free version of Komento to test it's suitability for my site. One feature I need is star ratings as part of the commenting system

I have seen this feature on your demo, but can't find it with my installation. (image attached)

Can someone please point me in the right direction.

cheers
Andrew
Hello Andrew McDonald,

Sorry for late reply to this,
Regarding the rating feature not including in the free version of Komento, unless you upgrade to Professional version so this feature will be available. Hope this help.

OK no problem. Surely it would make sense to list this as a feature on the Packages page. Wasted 3 hours trying to figure this out.

Do all the ratings get accumulated? As in, can I see in the database which article is the most popular based on all the ratings?

Andrew is right. This would make it more obvious why the pro version is cooler.

Hey guys!

Thanks for the heads-up. Yes, I agree that it should be listed in our Komento's feature page. I've already assigned one of our designers to update Komento's feature page and it should be up anytime soon.

Thanks again!
