Hello,
I am adding a page to the registration page on Easysocial and want to add a radio group with multiple options. How can I add a radio group? See screenshot with example.
Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Currently we do not have radio custom field yet, but you can use 'Boolean' custom field (screenshot : http://take.ms/cQuD1) to achieve this.

I also need radio custom field. I tried boolean, but I need more options.

Is there a way to create it by copying and modifying the checkbox custom field?

If there is, how can we do it?

From what I see the code, it is not easy to add this and it involved a lot of file to customize it.

If you would like to try yourself, you can take a look how we did for the gender custom field.
JoomlaFolder/media/com_easysocial/apps/fields/user/gender/..

Or you urgently need this on your site, you can always request for a quote from us at https://crm.stackideas.com and select "Customizations" . Our sales person would gladly send you a quote for the customization that you have requested.

Hi there

I also would like this feature of adding radio custom field, so i can add a custom field of "sexuality", after gender, that looks the same. Im in the process of modifying that php file but its pretty complex.

Is there something special about this custom profile field and php file or would using a drop down list or check box with title "Gender" achieve the same result on the site i.e. for searching etc?

Thanks

Yes, you can use other custom field type to achieve this like what you mentioned in earlier (e.g. checkbox, dropdown list) and you can able to search it through advanced search page as well (screenshot : https://take.ms/kwBB0 ).
