I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

If the user reply on the discussion and this reply under moderation, then system will send an email notify to moderator or Superadmin regarding this, so you can approve the reply from the email.

Another trick is you can approve the reply from your backend > Easydiscuss > discussion > select which post reply under moderation status > click publish. Check my screenshot below.
