Hm, sorry but I don't quite get you here. Do you mean you want to display the module at the top? It is actually a module from EasySocial as Joomla doesn't have such a module

I do not have  module from EasySocial. But I would like to have Sign In and Registration as on a demo site.

As my colleague mention above, this actually module from EasySocial component
As you did not have this component, unfortunately you cannot use the EasySocial dropdown module
