How come Replies and Discussions arn't the same module?

Hey hey, how's it going?

I'm a bit lost into why the Recent, Latest discussions and replies module aren't the same? i mean how come i can't have the same as the Forum front page in a module?

Meaning discussions and replies in the same module, right now i need to have 2 module, one to show replies and one to show discussions and it goes really besides the point, or am i missing some thing.

From what I understand is you want to have a module which resembles the EasyDiscuss frontpage layout isn't? If that so, I am sorry, this module is not available in the current system.
