Hi, i want to change the text in "Ask a question module" for example: "Post a quick question" , "Enter some content here" I need to customize that text. Please let me know in what file or directory i have to go for change that text. Thanks again!
Maribel did you try to do the Joomla override as discussed earlier? see that post how to see the language constants and then do the Joomla override.

Here is the constant for that module in Joomla english langauge folder /language/en-GB/en-GB.mod_easydiscuss_ask.ini

MOD_EASYDISCUSS_ASK_DESC="This module displays a nice button that will link to the new discussion form."
MOD_EASYDISCUSS_ASK_SHOW_ONLINE_STATE="Show Online State"
MOD_EASYDISCUSS_ASK_SHOW_ONLINE_STATE_DESC="Determine whether to show online state on the module."
MOD_EASYDISCUSS_ASK_SHOW_WORK_SCHEDULE="Show Work Schedule"
MOD_EASYDISCUSS_ASK_SHOW_WORK_SCHEDULE_DESC="Determine whether to show work schedule on the module."
MOD_ASK_POST_QUESTION="Ask Question"

Go to Joomla override and replace the english or other language file with what you want ie MOD_ASK_POST_QUESTION="Post a quick question" or what you want etc

You have to create it yourself if not already in your language file. Joomla overide is one of Joomlas strength and unique feature..

Thanks for the info ssnobben.

Maribel, remember to create language overrides to prevent translation changes from being overridden during future updates.
