1. Site name in Joomla's global configuration:
http://take.ms/yGM1U
2. Title in protostar template:
http://take.ms/ptP4s
In protostar template, it is possible to add a logo from the settings, but it will replace the title. You can always set the title under 'description' since the description shows.
