A naive question, certainly - How can we preview the app as we build it and make changes?

I just subscribed to use Titan and getting familiar with the basic configurations. Everything seems rather straight forward, which is nice. However, i'm not sure if this is possible like it is when you're building a Joomla site, but is it possible to preview the changes in any way? I've added logo, changed colors here and there, translations, etc... but i can i see what those changes look like before i submit it to the app stores. I might be thinking about this the wrong way. Is it possible to preview the app in any way? Do the app stores allow you to preview in their environments before officially submitting it? Not sure how this side of things work.
