I need to translate the : poor, good, perfect ect. I could not find it in the language file.

You may look at this file here your_Joomla_folder\components\com_easyblog\themes\default\ratings.form.php . Look at line 45 to 57 shown here in this screenshot http://screencast.com/t/SJVXf8mn9Bft . From there you may change the title according to your language of your choice.
