How can i stop the stream from displaying people who have joined new group.

When people register on my site, I have set it so that they are automatically joining the "World Merit" group" - this means that every time a new person registers, notifications similar to the attachment appear in the stream. How can I stop this from happening because it means that engaging content is getting buried.

Hey Mel,

Nik basically added a "return" on line 742 of that file which prevents the app from generating stream for such actions. However, this is just a temporary solution and I will add a task internally so that all these stream generations are configurable from the app itself.

Please replace the attached file in: ../media/com_easysocial/apps/user/groups/groups.php and see how it goes.
