How can I set the height of the profile cover?

Yeah, it's a dumb question but for the life of me I can't find where it is set.

In the latest RC 4, I noticed that uploading Profile Covers skews the aspect ratio, and this was after I added the Jensen suggestion about the solution from Josh Lewis:
