Unfortunately it is not possible to hide it via quick settings currently . You can however download my attachment below and place it inside your /components/com_easyblog/themes/wireframe/blogs/categories/ folder to hide the category numbers.

Oh Great it works. Can I also move the " standard post"?

Hey Glora,

You can disable it from your backend > menu > find `Easyblog (Post) Frontpage` menu item (if you have created) > open the menu > click `Posts` tab > Show Post Type Icon - HIDE , Hope this help.
