Usernames tend to not be as visually pleasing or clear on a site as they are often common login names and not real names. How do I switch this to a real name.

(this is probably a good time to point out that the stackideas modules, pretty much across the board, need some better development. Features are awesome, but displaying them is merely 1 notch lower in importance as it is how the user relates to the features. Having to go through the customization process like using Real Name instead of username for leaderboard, or adjusting size in Image module really should not be the case as these are basic needs for websites. imo. Hopefully, I sing your company's praises enough to that this critique should be considered constructive)
